Rylie Chambers, MSN, AGPCNP-BC, OCN is a board-certified Adult-Geriatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with a specialization in oncology.

She graduated magna cum laude from Indiana University of Pennsylvania earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and recognition as a provost scholar from her accredited nursing program. Rylie went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing, graduating top of her class, at the University of Pennsylvania. She completed associated clinical training at leading academic cancer centers including the University of Pennsylvania Hospital, The Johns Hopkins Sidney Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer Center, and Sibley Memorial Hospital.

With over five years of clinical experience in oncology, Rylie practiced as a Registered Nurse at The Johns Hopkins Hospital and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, where she developed extensive expertise in hematologic malignancies, immunotherapies, cellular therapies, and stem cell transplantation. During this time, she was recognized as a clinical leader, serving as a charge nurse and unit preceptor in high-acuity oncology settings.

Rylie is a published author and national presenter whose work reflects a commitment to clinical excellence through and including published clinical research, authorship of oncology nursing education, and podium presentation of clinical data at the 50th Annual Oncology Nursing Congress. Additionally, she is a member of the Oncology Nursing Society, American Society of Nurse Practitioners and the American Society of Hematology.

In her current role at Maryland Oncology Hematology in Annapolis, she provides comprehensive outpatient care to oncology and hematology patients, including treatment planning, symptom management, and longitudinal follow-ups. She performs bone marrow biopsies and works closely with physicians, infusion teams, and ancillary services to deliver coordinated, high-quality care.

In her free time you can find her hiking with her dog, Hazel or cozied up on the couch doing crafts.
