Yaquelin Guzman is a board-certified Physician Assistant committed to delivering evidence-based, compassionate care while fostering strong partnerships with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary oncology team. Her professional interests include patient education, symptom management, and optimizing continuity of care throughout the treatment journey.

Before becoming a Physician Assistant, Yaquelin spent five years as a Radiation Therapist, providing treatment across a broad spectrum of malignancies. During that time, she developed a deep appreciation for the complexity of cancer care and the resilience of oncology patients, an experience that inspired her to pursue PA school and continues to shape her clinical perspective and leadership in patient advocacy.

Yaquelin earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Shenandoah University. She remains dedicated to lifelong learning and takes pride in mentoring aspiring healthcare professionals, sharing her passion for compassionate, patient-centered care. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending meaningful time with her family and friends.
